Quantum Core MSP ("Quantum Core," "we," "us" or "our") is a managed IT services provider based in the Lowcountry, serving small businesses across Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC, and Savannah, GA. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, quantumcoremsp.com, and through inquiries submitted to us. It does not cover information handled under a separate written services agreement with an existing client, which is governed by that agreement.
What you submit. When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, team size, and the message you send us.
Collected automatically. When you submit the form or visit our site, our systems and infrastructure providers may record basic server log data, such as your IP address, browser and device (user-agent) information, and the date and time of the request. We use this only for security, troubleshooting, and understanding how our site is used.
Cookies & tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site. The site uses only minimal functional browser storage — for example, to remember that you've already seen the brief introductory animation so it doesn't replay every time you visit within the same session.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide the IT services you request, and keep reasonable records of our communications with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising purposes.
Information you submit is sent to us over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored on systems we control, with access limited to Quantum Core MSP staff who need it to respond to you or deliver services. We rely on infrastructure and hosting providers to operate our website and store this information on our behalf; they process it only as needed to provide those services to us. We disclose information to outside parties only if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, provide any requested services, and maintain legitimate business records of our communications — after which it may be deleted or archived.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@quantumcoremsp.com. We'll respond and address your request as promptly as we're able to.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Our website and services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we learn that we have, we will take steps to delete it.
