Free IT assessment

We sit down with you, map your systems, and surface the risks — aging hardware, missing backups, security gaps, the slow-downs your team has quietly learned to live with. You get a findings report in plain English, whether or not we ever work together.

Onboard & stabilize

If it's a fit, we document everything, deploy our monitoring and security tools, and fix the urgent items first. We bring your whole environment up to a known-good baseline (backups working, patches current, accounts secured), usually within the first few weeks, and without interrupting the workday.

Monitor & maintain

From there, patching, backups and security run continuously in the background, watched around the clock, every day of the year. Routine issues are resolved before they reach you. When you do need us, you reach a real person who already knows your setup — by phone, email or onsite.

Support & advise

Day-to-day helpdesk keeps your team moving, and a genuine technology roadmap keeps you ahead of the next problem. Each quarter we sit down and review what's working, what's aging and what to budget for, so your IT always serves the business instead of surprising it.
